Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement and mobility.

Im a beginner, are there classes suited for me

Absolutely We offer Classic Mat Pilates and Reformer Introduction classes that are perfect for beginners. Our instructors are also trained to provide modifications throughout each class to cater to all fitness levels.

How often should I attend Pilates classes to see results?

Consistency is key; start with two to three classes per week to see progression.

Can Pilates help with back pain?

Yes, Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, and alignment, which can reduce back pain.

Do you offer membership packages or only pay-per-class options

We offer both membership options and pay-per-class packages to provide flexibility and cater to different needs. Our memberships include additional benefits, such as discounts on workshops and priority booking for classes.
